30-Day Return Policy
If you ordered directly from Brunton.com, and the product you received does not meet your expectations but is in good condition, you can return it to our factory within 30 days of purchase and do one of the following:
Receive a REFUND for the product value (not shipping)
EXCHANGE the item with a product of equivalent value or model type
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
Please initiate this process using the Submit a Request link below. Fill in all applicable portions of the form. Someone from our Customer Support team will follow up with you on next steps.

If you ordered from anywhere other than Brunton.com, please reach out to that vendor's Customer Service team, as each company has its own Return & Exchange policy.
Warranty
Brunton has a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. Product registration is required before any warranty repairs or returns can be initiated. Please visit our Warranty Page for more details.
