RETURNS
Since the gear you are buying will last a good long time we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If at the time of the purchase you feel our products do not meet your expectations, you may return them for up to 30 days from order date. Please request a return authorization number from support@brunton.com
Once you have received an RMA number to reference on the outside of the package, ship the product and a copy of the receipt to:

Be sure to ship your return package with a carrier that can provide you with tracking and insurance. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and processed, we will credit the card originally used.
REPAIRS
Brunton transits are designed to last a lifetime, but sometimes slight repairs or recalibrations are needed. To initiate the transit repair, rebalance, or recalibration process, fill out our Transit Service Request Form.
The same form can be used to initiate repairs for OmniSlopes or OmniSights.
